A Personal Message

Hi there! I’m Veronica, and I’m genuinely excited to meet you. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel scary or overwhelming – and that’s completely normal. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and free to be yourself.

I specialize in working with teens and young adults because I believe this stage of life, while challenging, is also full of incredible potential. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or just figuring out who you are, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

“In our sessions, you won’t find judgment or someone trying to ‘fix’ you. Instead, you’ll find a genuine person who believes in your strength and wants to help you discover it too.

When I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me ordering way too much Pad Thai (seriously, it’s a problem!), diving deep into random lore and stories that fascinate me, or spending time with my chaotic but amazing family. We’ve got two rescue dogs who think they run the house, two kids (including a middle schooler who keeps me on my toes and reminds me daily what it’s really like to navigate this age), and my spouse who’s a firefighter. I love running 5k races when I can find the time, and there’s something about picking wildflowers that just centers me.

I share this because I want you to know that I’m a real person with a real, messy, beautiful life – just like you. I get what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, to have days when everything feels too much, and to wonder if you’re doing anything right. That’s exactly why I love this work so much.

“Every person has the capacity for growth and healing. Sometimes we just need someone to walk alongside us as we find our way.”
