Virtual Therapy for Teens + Young Adults

Feeling stuck doesn't mean you're doing life wrong.

Maybe your thoughts never really slow down.

Maybe you’re tired of trying to meet every expectation, struggling to focus, or wondering why everything feels harder than it looks for everyone else.

InMotion Counseling offers virtual therapy for teens and young adults who want a comfortable, honest space to understand what’s happening and find realistic ways forward.

Therapy can start before things fall apart.

You don’t need a dramatic reason to ask for support.

What’s Going On?

It's hard to explain when everything feels mixed together.

Anxiety can look like overthinking.

ADHD can look like procrastination.

Depression can look like exhaustion.

Perfectionism can look like success from the outside.

Sometimes the first step is simply having somewhere to talk honestly about what you’re experiencing.

OVERTHINKING

"My brain just won't stop."

PERFECTIONISM

"Nothing ever feels good enough."

ADHD

"Why can't I just start?"

DEPRESSION

"I don't feel like myself."

SELF-DOUBT

"Everyone seems more confident than me."

LIFE CHANGES

"I have no idea what I'm doing next."

You don’t have to make it sound serious enough.

If it matters to you, it matters here.

Who InMotion Supports

Different ages. Different pressures. Personalized support.

Being a teen is a lot of becoming all at once.

School, friendships, family expectations, social media, grades, identity, and questions about the future can create pressure from every direction.

Therapy can give teens a private place to understand their emotions, build realistic coping strategies, and feel more confident navigating everyday life.

There's a lot of pressure to know where your life is going.

College, careers, relationships, independence, and major life decisions can arrive before you feel ready.

Therapy can help you understand your patterns, clarify what matters to you, and approach change with greater self-trust.
