Meet the Support Behind InMotion

Warm, personalized therapy for teens and young adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, confidence, identity, and life transitions.

Hi, I’m Veronica

A therapist who listens before offering solutions.

Maybe your thoughts never really slow down.

Maybe you’re tired of trying to meet every expectation, struggling to focus, or wondering why everything feels harder than it looks for everyone else.

InMotion Counseling offers virtual therapy for teens and young adults who want a comfortable, honest space to understand what’s happening and find realistic ways forward.

Credential LCSW · CCM
Experience 15+ Years
Approach Warm · Collaborative · Affirming

A space where you can slow down, speak honestly, and feel understood.

Therapy is most effective when it feels safe. At InMotion Counseling, the focus is on creating a supportive environment where real growth can happen at a pace that feels right for you.

01

Seen as a Whole Person

Therapy considers your thoughts, emotions, relationships, identity, environment, strengths, and lived experiences—not just a diagnosis.

02

Supported Without Judgment

You can discuss difficult emotions, uncertainty, mistakes, or fears without needing to hide, minimize, or explain them perfectly.

03

Guided With Practical Tools

Sessions combine meaningful conversation with realistic strategies you can use in school, work, relationships, and everyday life.

Why “InMotion”?

Growth is not always dramatic, fast, or linear. Sometimes progress looks like understanding one emotional pattern, setting one firm boundary, asking for support, resting without guilt, or simply trying again tomorrow.

The name InMotion Counseling is rooted in the belief that you do not need to have everything figured out before moving forward. Even small shifts in perspective or behavior create meaningful momentum.

Areas of Focus

Different ages. Different pressures. Personalized support.

Teens

The teenage years can feel isolating and overwhelming. Therapy provides a private space outside of the family dynamic where teens can untangle their experiences.

We work together to navigate academic pressure, changing friendships, complex family expectations, social anxiety, ADHD, perfectionism, exploring identity, building confidence, and coping with feeling misunderstood.

Young Adults

Emerging adulthood brings a sudden wave of heavy responsibilities and complex choices. Therapy offers an anchor during these significant life transitions.

We focus on processing college and work stress, navigating romantic and platonic relationships, establishing independence, making major decisions, addressing burnout, clarifying identity, and managing underlying anxiety, depression, or uncertainty about the future.
