online features.
By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of
Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please
discontinue use of the website.
i
These website terms are separate from any informed
consent, telehealth consent, financial agreement, or
practice policy provided before professional services
begin.
02
Website Purpose
This website provides general information about InMotion
Counseling, Veronica’s professional services, areas of
support, session fees, virtual therapy, and ways to contact
or schedule with the practice.
Website content is provided for general informational and
educational purposes. It is not a diagnosis, personalized
treatment recommendation, emergency intervention, or
substitute for professional medical, psychiatric,
psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Do not rely on website content to make urgent health or
safety decisions.
03
Therapist-Client Relationship
Visiting this website, reading its content, sending an
email, submitting a form, leaving a message, or requesting
a consultation does not automatically create a
therapist-client relationship.
A professional relationship is established only after
InMotion Counseling confirms that services can be provided
and all required intake, consent, scheduling, and practice
procedures have been completed.
An inquiry or appointment request does not guarantee
acceptance as a client, appointment availability, or that
InMotion Counseling is an appropriate provider for a
particular person or concern.
04

whether virtual therapy is considered appropriate.
Parents or legal guardians may contact the practice to ask
general questions about potential services for a teen.

eligible to request partial reimbursement through
out-of-network mental-health benefits. Coverage,
deductibles, documentation requirements, and reimbursement
amounts are determined by the insurance company.
InMotion Counseling does not guarantee insurance coverage
or reimbursement. Clients remain responsible for fees owed
to the practice regardless of whether an insurance company
reimburses any portion of the cost.
07
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client.
Contact the practice as early as possible when you need to
cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellation notice requirements, late-cancellation fees,
missed-appointment fees, exceptions, and rescheduling

provided during intake or scheduling.
If a website summary conflicts with a signed financial
agreement or current practice policy, the signed or
directly provided document will control to the extent
permitted by applicable law.
08
Telehealth Services
Virtual therapy depends on technology, internet access,
compatible devices, and a private environment. Telehealth
may involve limitations such as interrupted connections,
audio or video problems, device incompatibility, delayed
communications, or privacy risks.
Clients are expected to take reasonable steps to protect
their privacy, such as using a private location, securing
their device, protecting login information, and using
headphones when appropriate.
Additional telehealth disclosures, emergency-location
information, consent terms, and technology instructions may
be provided before services begin.
09
Contact Forms and Electronic Communications
By submitting contact information, you authorize InMotion
Counseling to respond through the contact method you
provided, subject to applicable privacy and communication
requirements.
Ordinary email, voicemail, text messages, and general
website forms may not provide the same protections as a
designated secure client portal. Do not submit detailed
medical history, payment-card details, Social Security
numbers, emergency information, or other highly sensitive
information through a general website form.
This website is not for emergencies.
Website forms, email, voicemail, and online booking
tools are not monitored continuously and should not be
used for urgent mental-health concerns or crisis
support.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, written
content, graphics, branding, logos, photographs,

13
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and
“as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable
law.
InMotion Counseling makes reasonable efforts to provide
useful information but does not guarantee that every page,
statement, fee, schedule, link, or external service will
always be complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or free
from errors.
Therapy experiences and outcomes vary. Website
descriptions, educational content, testimonials, and
general statements do not guarantee a particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InMotion
Counseling and its owner, providers, contractors, and
service providers will not be liable for indirect,

InMotion Counseling may update this website, its services,
fees, links, policies, or these Terms of Service
periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page
with a revised effective date.
Website availability
Website access may be changed, suspended, restricted, or
discontinued temporarily or permanently for maintenance,
security, technical, legal, or operational reasons.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the
remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent
permitted by law.
Separate service documents
Separate informed-consent, telehealth, privacy, financial,
and practice-policy documents may apply to professional
services. Those documents may contain terms that are more
specific than these general website terms.
